Job Summary
Are you a strong producer in Enterprise Sales? Foundever™ is seeking a VP of Business Development. This role offers the opportunity to join an exciting brand, build a lucrative business, and impact growth in an ambitious culture
As a VP of Business Development, you will be responsible for driving growth at Foundever. You will have an opportunity to focus on new logo growth and draw on your experience in building compelling outsourcing business cases for domestic, off-shore and near-shore contact center and CX delivery.
You Will
• Develop enterprise-level client specific strategies encompassing sales and growth plans, forecasting, relationship mapping/strategies to propel new business development.
• Secure annual contract value of no less than $10M+.
• Drive holistic sales strategy that represents the Foundever portfolio.
• Proactively seek and cultivate executive-level relationships with key clients.
• Identify new logo opportunities inclusive of core BPO and CX engagements.
• Articulate client business strategies and showcase Foundever solutions to develop client sales strategy to drive revenue.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to maintain appropriate deal governance and approvals.
• Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
You Have
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years selling in/with a BPO (preferred client experience in Hospitality, Retail, Travel, and/or Healthcare)
• Deep understanding of contact center operations and how to achieve key performance metrics
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 75%.

Salary Range
The base pay range for this position is $160,000 - $200,000 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience.
