Our team are selected for their skills and experience, and for their style of approach and engagement with others.Our Unit4 Payroll Lead Consultant will:Work with clients through all stages of the Unit4 Payroll implementation: leading system design workshops, build consultancy, application consultancy and training, providing advice and guidance on best practice configured solutions and business process, ensuring the client achieves the optimum solution to meet their business objectives.Ensure solutions are kept within the agreed scope of the project.Lead and participate in client workshops when needed in relation to their system design. Analyse requirements and proposed business processes, translating these into a documented Solution Design, using Embridge standards.Configure the Unit4 ERP solution in line with documented and approved design specification, alignment workbooks, build plans and other supporting documentation.Lead implementations providing business sector and application design expertise, working in collaboration with other workstream consultants as required.Assist the pre-sales process where required with new business proposals, demonstrations and client meetings.Keep up to date with technology, especially in relation to Embridge products and facilitate sharing of the latest product news and direction within the team.Promote best practice within Embridge Consulting by assisting colleagues to provide best in class solutions to clients, through advice and guidance, and best practice templates and standards.These are just some of the activities our Unit4 Payroll Lead Consultant will be involved with. Your knowledge, reliability, and expert support during the consultancy lifecycle will be essential to helping our clients achieve their strategic ambitions and bring positive change to digital landscapes within organisations.Essential skillsHere are some of the skills our Unit4 Payroll Lead Consultants must bring:Ability to develop and maintain excellent customer relationshipsAble to work to deadlines and tight timescalesDemonstrable experience of implementing Unit4 Payroll software solutionsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent presentation skills – able to deliver to all levels including but not limited to the most senior stakeholders within an organisation / C-level audienceHighly organised with excellent attention to detailAbility to work under own initiative as well as part of a team, versatile and flexible with a can-do attitude with a willingness to take on new tasks as requiredDemonstrable appetite to excel, setting an example to the wider delivery team including other Implementation Consultants, Build Consultants, and clients to deliver high quality outcomesGood commercial awarenessAble to travel across the UK as needed, working remotely when required, with occasional overnight staysDesirable skillsKnowledge and experience implementing Unit4 in Private and Public SectorsCIPD, or similar HR / Payroll qualificationsExperience working as part of a multi-disciplined project delivery teamUnderstanding of implementation methodologies (Prince2, PMI)We are Embridge Consulting.
