The Role
We are currently in search of a dynamic and motivated Graduate who is wanting to join the business who is passionate about Agronomy. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for recent graduates to embark on a transformative journey in agronomy through a comprehensive 2-year training program. Throughout this program, you will receive invaluable hands-on experience, learning from knowledgeable and experienced Agronomists. Upon successful completion of the program, you will emerge as a fully qualified Agronomist with your BASIS and FACTS.
As a Graduate Agronomist, your key responsibilities will include collaborating closely with experienced Agronomists to review crop management plans, conducting field trials and experiments to evaluate the efficacy of various agronomic practices and products, offering expert advice to farmers on soil management, crop nutrition, and pest control, as well as staying abreast of the latest advancements and best practices in the field of agronomy.
The Candidate
We are seeking individuals with a genuine passion for agriculture especially within Agronomy. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, or a related field. A proactive attitude, coupled with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges, is highly desirable. Additionally, candidates must hold a valid driver's license and demonstrate a willingness to travel to various farm locations as required.
