White Knight Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a national provider of care and support services to individuals with a disability. This innovative third sector provider supports individuals in its various residential care, supported living and nursing home settings across the UK.
This provider requires Support Workers for its 20+ bedded care home with nursing in the Bournemouth area. Situated in an easily accessible location close to the town centre the home holds Good status with CQC and supports individuals with a Physical Disability.
The Support Workers will provide a range of personal care and support to a variety of individuals and will involve personal care as well as promoting activities and assisting with daily living tasks. The role will also include assisting residents with a range of activities throughout the home.
This provider is seeking candidates with a passion for supporting individuals with a disability and ideally with prior experience in a care setting although individuals without experience will also be considered.
