Due to continued growth and project wins within our Energy Sector, we are seeking to recruit a Site Manager to initially deliver the construction of a new GIS building and all associated infrastructure, at a 132kV substation site in Buckinghamshire for approximately 12 months. This is a permanent position working as part of Energy team, covering projects throughout the UK.
Reporting to a Project Manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to;
· Managing a site team
· Management of subcontractors
· Delivering works, always ensuring the highest level of safety
· Controlling safety, quality & environmental activities
· Writing & reviewing RAMS
· Client interface
· Progress reporting
· Check and sign off Temporary works
Qualifications/background:
· Civil Engineering background
· Experience of working within the energy sector, within a substation environment
· SMSTS
· CSCS
