The Senior Manager, Source to Pay Digital Platforms, will be responsible for:

• Delivering full lifecycle projects in SAP Ariba Source to Pay including integration with other areas such as S/4HANA, Veeva.
• Ensuring the development and maintenance of integrations between Source to Pay digital platform and other systems.
• Working closely with Procurement, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure that Ariba Source-to-Pay (integrations meet the needs of the business.
• Leveraging their understanding of relevant industry regulations, standards, best practices, strategies, and tools to formulate recommendations and influence business direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT implementation projects for Source to Pay digital capabilities and produce the deliverables as specified by Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to support the Source-to-Pay requirements globally.
• Work closely with Procurement, IT, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure that Source-to-Pay digital platforms meet those requirements.
• Providing solutions by using Ariba Source-to-Pay platform (Sourcing, Contract, Ariba Buying and Invoicing, SLP, Ariba Network, CIG) as well as related S/4 HANA Procurement, Record to Report, I2P, RPM/PPM, SOA Manager, ABAP and WebMethod.
• Manage the testing and deployment of Ariba Source-to-Pay and Icertis digital platforms, including coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring that testing is thorough and complete.
• Provide input to IT platform strategy.
• Provide oversight and guidance to project teams and third party /partner development organizations for the Procurement area.
• Stay up-to-date with Ariba and Icertis releases and new features, and work with the team to evaluate and implement new functionality as appropriate
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team, and ensure that team members are engaged, motivated, and productive.
• Manage stakeholder communications for projects.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive and demonstrated experience implementing projects in SAP Ariba Supplier LifeCycle Performance, Sourcing, Contract, Buying and Invoicing, Business Network, CIG with three full cycle SAP Ariba and S/4HANA implementations.
• Experience Record to Report, I2P, RPM/PPM, SOA Manager, ABAP and WebMethods is a plus.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry, is a plus.
• Demonstrated technical leadership experience.
• Understanding of Procurement business processes and Supplier master data.
• Knowledge of integration of S/4HANA Procurement, Veeva.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Demonstrates a focus on improving processes, structures, and knowledge within the team. Leads in analyzing current states, delivering strong recommendations that are actionable.
• Able to manage work across virtual teams.
• Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
