You’d work to benefit Evolve, so why not have it work to benefit you in return?The RoleAs a Senior Consultant you will be expected to have the capability to lead and deliver complex programmes, using your own proven, comprehensive skills and experience, as well as support and guide team-mates. You will also work closely with the directors to play a key and active role in future company development and generating potential business opportunities.Main ResponsibilitiesCompany development:Client relationship management Help develop the company’s service offering and capability Help deliver suitable sales opportunities to drive company growthProvide expert commercial & procurement advice to our clients through:Development of procurement and commercial strategies Owning and assisting pre-sourcing market analysisAuthoring and supporting business cases for new procurementsManagement of tender activities using public sector frameworksSupplier performance managementUndertake value-for-money analysis for business cases and tenders Advise on compliance with Public Contract Regulations and Defence & Security Public Contract Regulations as well as the clients’ internal policies and proceduresCarrying out Contract Management and ensuring that files are up to date, providing an auditable trail of effective management Identify and deliver existing and new opportunities, to generate value for our customersProvide customers with solutions to complex commercial and procurement issuesRequired Skills, Knowledge & ExperianceWe know that the best indicator of future success, is your recent and past achievements. We’re looking for people who have delivered successful commercial and procurement outcomes in at least two of the following areas:Secure environment (Defence, Policing, Nuclear, etc.)Public Sector (Government Departments, Government Agencies, Education Establishments, Local Government, etc.)IT and Digital programmes (Digital Transformation, Cyber Capability, Software, Hardware procurement, etc.)What you know and how you put this into practice is essential to how you will work within our team.
