We have surfacing gangs in the Wakefield and across West Yorkshire who lay coated materials on highways including motorways, airfields and A roads. If you have relevant experience and live in Wakefield, Sheffield, Worksop, Leeds, Whitwood, Castleford or the surrounding areas then this could be the role for you!

Role Responsibility
As a working Road Surfacing Chargehand you will work closely supporting the Team Leader in monitoring and overseeing the safe operation of the surfacing sites that the crew works on, to the highest quality standards as they lay coated materials on highways including motorways, airfields and A roads. You will also deputise for the Team Leader when required.
