As the Retail Lead for Hstensin Europe within our prestigious luxury brand you will serve as amaster in customer experience within our retail environment. Youllplay a vital role in driving profitability and growth across ournetwork of retail stores. This role blends leadership sales acumenand a passion for luxury products to drive success and uphold thebrands esteemed reputation. With 7 stores currently in operation in4 countries across Europe Hstens is committed to expanding itsbrand presence and has ambitious growth plans for thefuture.
RetailLead deliverables
Primaryresponsibilities
Monitor and evaluate traffic conversation rate and average ticketvalue.
Meet regularly with Store managers todiscuss strategy and actions.
Follow up byanalyzing Profit & Loss reports and store performance todevelop the business action plans together with the Storemanagers.
Build and plan marketing activities inthe area.
Plan for growth and execute PR eventsin the area.
Taking control of the business for the stores by closely followingup their business action plans.
Generate newleads in Hospitality; identify and contact decisionmakers screenpotential business opportunities and select the deals in line withstrategies.
Make sure that the stores act withthe customers in mind and provide them with worldclass servicefollow guidelines and store design. Ensure to guard the brand frombeing used the wrong way.
Make sure to keepstrong teams and provide the store managers with guidance andexpertise of retailing such as sales trainings.
Create and implement overarching outbound sales and businessdevelopment strategy; sales processes structure
Build a strong network through collaborations for events andsales.
Identify bottlenecks in the sales processand act on it.
Communicate new products serviceopportunities special developments deal structure and pricing withbusiness value analysis.
Follow guidelines use toolsand ensure a structured way of working when it comes to salesvisual merchandising store concept. Respect and keep deadlines andfollow up on results.
Establish and maintaingood and strong relationships with Hstens wholesale partners andtheir stores.
Act as true professional byrepresenting the Hstens bluecheck values; awake enlightenedempowered committed open business minded accountable servingrespectful andloving.
