Guiding candidates throughout the interview and offer process, ensuring a seamless experience.Skilful Negotiation: Create win-win situations for clients and candidates, negotiating terms and fees to create mutually beneficial partnerships.Target Achievement: Meet and exceed KPIs with zeal and efficiency.
