Our leading client is recruiting an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join its Insurance Team in Glasgow. The team deal with pursuing all types of claims, including employer liability, public liability, road traffic and medical negligence.
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of Personal Injury cases, including both litigated and non-litigated matters.
To be considered you will have at least 5 years’ PQE and should have strong personal injury experience. The role will require you to make regular appearances in courts across Scotland. Previous experience of supervising junior team members is desirable.

Our client, a specialist litigation firm is seeking a qualified lawyer to join its expanding Personal Injury team in Glasgow on a Fixed Term Contract.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ PQE and have experience handling RTA, public liability, and employment claims. Previous experience of disease and clinical negligence work would be beneficial however not essential.

Solicitor (Accident Team) – Edinburgh/Glasgow/Hybrid (Assignment 15638)
This long-established law firm specialising in personal injury, is currently recruiting a qualified lawyer to join its highly regarded Personal Injury team in Glasgow. The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum 1-year PQE experience in personal injury, however the team may also consider candidates from another area of law if they have a higher PQE and court experience.
The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of personal injury and will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to accident victims and their families. Previous experience of handling sensitive and complex cases is key to the role.
The position is full-time and based in Glasgow, however the firm are open to Edinburgh for the right person. There is also an element of hybrid working allowing employees to work from home up to 3 days per week (there will be some flexibility on this week to week).
Personal Injury Solicitor – Edinburgh (Assignment 15601)
We have been instructed on a new Litigation role with our client based in Edinburgh, who offer a specialist accident claims service, focusing on all elements of the claims process. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Injury solicitor to join the firms busy team.
This is a varied and interesting role, and the successful candidate will be involved in public liability, RTA, and employer liability claims.
To be considered for this role, you should be a qualified solicitor at the NQ-2 PQE level and ideally, have previous experience in personal injury and credit hire. This position is full time.
Solicitor (Motor) – Glasgow (Assignment 15497)
We are currently working on this role within this busy Personal Injury and Jurisdictions team in Glasgow. You can expect to handle an interesting and varied caseload of credit hire, litigated motor injury and fraud cases. You will work closely with the Partner and may also be expected to appear in the Sheriff Court.
