Operational Trainer | Remote | Maternity coverThe role of operational trainer is aligned to the Experis brand and offered on a 12-month Maternity Cover. The role supports the continued skills development of the various teams across Experis and the wider ManpowerGroup. Primarily this role will focus on the development of the Consultant community but will also be expected to support in the design and delivery of training within cross brand programmes. The individual will be reporting to the Operational Learning and Development Manager and will be required to work closely with Brand Operational stakeholders and the broader Learning & Development Team to ensure consistency of approach.
