As a member of the Asset Management team, you will be responsible for leading a team in the delivery of mechanical and electrical detailed surveying and design solutions. You will need to ensure the provision and successful delivery of mechanical and electrical services. Ideally you will have experience across a range of sectors including defence, commercial, industrial, retail, healthcare, education and leisure within both public and private domains.
This role will include all aspects of a mechanical and electrical engineering consultancy. You must be able to carry out calculations, estimate costs and manage finances for project budgets. You will have the passion and drive to manage projects in accordance with the client’s brief and programme, developing good business and customer relations. Your works will range from site surveys through to conceptual design, controlling and maintaining the quality of work in accordance with Tetra Tech policies and standards as well as providing ad hoc advice and guidance to our clients.
Having a strong building services engineering background, either as a tradesperson or through an M&E design career, you will have excellent knowledge of engineering plant, equipment and a detailed understanding of applicable building services standards.
