In a nutshell
As an analyst for the Retail Labour and Operating Model Team, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of our labour and workforce management strategies. Your responsibilities will include data analysis, defining requirements for our labour & workforce systems, coordination of relevant governance processes and involvement in business projects. We help all corners of the wider business with what they’re trying to achieve and, in this team you can see the results of your work across the whole business, which gives you a real sense of purpose and responsibility, the sheer scale and complexity of our set-up means there’s always something impactful to work on.
You’ll work cross functionally with multiple stakeholders, building effective relationships to understand our business outcomes and the part you play in delivering them. Additionally, you will monitor industry best practice, identify market trends and consider ways we can most effectively enhance colleague and customer experiences. We’ve made serious investment in our labour systems, and you’ll need to draw on your previous retail or analytical experience, strong communication and networking skills to enable you to play a pivotal role in implementing our strategic plans, driving successful outcomes, and contributing to the ongoing development of our ways of working.
