We are currently recruiting for a Regional Manager leading our five mid market trading teams across our South East Business.
A bit about the job:
You will be Accountable for Financial Performance & planning, People Management, underwriting performance and operational governance, ensuring all Underwriting Activity is delivered appropriately, and that all changes to the branch are implemented correctly – strategy, regulatory, product, governance, training and service.
Key tasks to include:
Financial Performance incl. Financial Planning - Profit and Loss for assigned GWP of circa £190m.
Underwriting Performance & Governance.
Branch face to market - Be visible as a strong figurehead in the regional market, working alongside Regional Sales Manager to conduct a structured engagement plan with all key brokers.
Consistently promote and embed Aviva’s brand values with all brokers, customers, and employees, leading by example.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Strong track record of exceeding financial plan and delivering market leading profitable growth
Strategic thinking and innovation with a view to improving customer outcomes and experience
Strong multi-site leadership experience and excellent relationship management skills, including stakeholder management at senior levels to drive and influence decisions
Commercial thinking, supported by strong analytical skills with a view to identifying growth and improved value opportunities
External profile in the Regional Broker Market, developing new opportunities
