A fantastic law firm in Birmingham are seeking an in-house Recruitment Administrator to manage the recruitment programmes and work alongside the in-house team to improve the processes and complete effective campaigns to target impressive legal professionals. You will need to be an excellent coordinator who is able to work autonomously and complete tasks to tight deadlines.
This role will primarily involve:
Contribution to specific projects such as the application, selection and assessment processes
Assistance with the screening and short-listing procedures
Preparation of recruitment material and documents
Administration of right to work documentation and referencing
Organisation of interviews and coordination of senior management
Building of relationships and liaising regularly with external parties

The successful Recruitment Administrator will have good office experience, ideally some exposure in HR or recruitment previously and demonstrable admin skills. Alongside this, they are seeking an academically bright and proactive candidate who can work well as part of a team.
