Main duties and responsibilities:

f. Applications for an Emergency Protection Order
g. Applications for a Placement Order or Applications under Section 25 Children

h. Deprivation of Liberty
i. Adoption
and identifies the consequences of the different options;

clients accordingly;
provide representation at Court in respect of those cases, including out of hours
cover where necessary;
statements, skeleton arguments, threshold and draft case management orders
