Key expectations of this role are
- Planning and arranging appropriate supplies in the pantries needed for the day.
- Efficiently supporting the floor supervisor and the team of housekeepers to deliver an engaging, refined and intuitive service.
- Ensuring all guest rooms, guest floors, public areas, fire exits, stairways, service areas and service rooms are maintained to the Hotel standards
- Reporting progresses using the communications device provided.
- Delivering guest requests in an efficient manner.
- Paying close attention to detail by not comprising on quality standards.
- Having a passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience.
- The ability to work in a team and build relationships with others.
- Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
