The Group Commissioning Manager sits within the Service Development Team and is primarily responsible for supporting the Director of Service Development to deliver budgeted revenue growth by driving occupancy across Eden Futures, including existing and new developments. The role will design, lead, and deliver the business’s contact strategy with new and existing stakeholders’ relationships yielding increasing opportunities that focus on continued occupancy growth through developing its direct reports, and the referral marketing strategy for the company.

The Ideal Candidate
Experience of Working in Social Care in services for those with Learning Disabilities, Autism or Mental Health Needs.
· Proven experience as an effective leader of teams.
· Demonstrable experience in project management and the design, delivery, and leadership of strategies across a Social Care or Health business.
· Existing Relationships with key stakeholders such as Local Authorities and ICB’s.
· Excellent Communication, Presentation and Organisation skills.
· Experience in the assessment of need and the provision of support services. It is not, however, expected that this role will carry out assessments of individuals or be directly involved in that process.
· Experience and knowledge of working within Commissioning and Funding Processes within Local Authorities and ICB’s.
· Experience preparing reports for Senior Management Level and presenting these.
· The ability to work to tight timescales and work effectively under pressure.
