**Team Overview** Global Markets End User Computing Champion and Solution Analyst role is part of the Transaction and Processing Risk (TPR) Investigation Group within Global Markets Front Office. The group is part of the in-business First Line of defense looking after post trade processing risk.

The team is responsible for proactively investigating, developing, and implementing enhancements as well as design frameworks which will enhance post trade processes to ensure they operate within the businesses risk appetite. **Responsibilities:** + End-to End Reviews + Conduct and document Identification Reviews to determine if the tool in question is an EUC or not.

+ Conduct and document Rationalization Reviews to determine if EUCs were correctly rated as High Risk and support EUC owners to remain compliant with the Citi EUC Policy (CEUCP). + Conduct and document Downgrade Reviews when EUCs move from High to Medium or Low Risk rating.

+ Conduct and document Spot-Check Reviews (First Line Credible Challenge, Quality Assurance Review) of EUCs selected as a sample to ensure full compliance of the EUCs. + Policy Adherence + Maintaining EUC Hygiene by making sure that no EUCs are past due for any periodic Compliance Review and compliant with the CEUCP and ICG O&T EUC Standards.

+ Handle policy deviations, like Exception for Continued Use of High Risk EUC and Exclusion from EUC Toolbar Usage requests. Ensure appropriate documentation of the deviation requests.

+ Regulatory Commitment + Working with EUC Owners and Remediation Owners to document out Retirement Plans of High Risk EUCs. + Conducting and documenting Retirement Review of High Risk EUCs.

+ Managing the Consent Order related EUC commitments of ICG O&T in Citi’s Project Tracking System (PTS) in accordance with the project management regulation of the company. Working with Remediation Owners to ensure that High Risk EUC remediation work efforts are entered and maintained appropriately in PTS.

**Qualifications:** + Relevant experience in Operations, Operations Controls, Project Management, or experience with EUCs. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Demonstrated understanding of operational risk and gap identification.

+ Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously, preferably utilizing agile methodologies (e.g.

SCRUM) + Strong attention to details and meticulous documentation. + Strong leadership skills and exemplary values role model, with a proven track record in driving positive and sustained change.
