A forward thinking and professional company based in Birmingham City Centre are currently seeking a Client Services Assistant to join their front of house team on a full time permanent basis. This is a really exciting opportunity for an individual who has ideally a few months front of house experience, preferably within a corporate setting or hotel/ hospitality. Day to day duties may include:
Ensuring that all client services facilities are set up professionally and in a timely manner.
Working on the front of house desk, meeting and greeting guests, checking them in and looking after them.
Managing high volumes of phone queries, taking messages and directing them to the correct individual.
Helping set up refreshments and ensuring the client services desk is well presented.
Managing the booking of meeting rooms using their in house CRM system
Helping support with ad hoc administration duties.
The ideal candidate will be someone who loves a client/ customer facing environment. The individual must have previous experience in a similar environment. This role is perfect for someone that wants to grow and learn within an exciting firm!
