The role of Community Services Out of Hours Officer is an essential part of the services we offer, by providing the out of hours provision days a year. Working in a hybrid role, mostly home working, and as part of a team, you will work a predetermined rota pattern and ensure high quality support to our Care Services Teams and our Service Users.
All calls received need to be answered and handled in accordance with our out of hours requirements and standards. Therefore the role includes having an all-round understanding of our Care and Support and Reablement Services and systems, aswell as requiring flexibility and changes in tasks at short notice depending on service priorities.
Equipment will be provided to be able to fulfil the role from home however there will be a requirement to work from an office on occasions.

The role will assist in the induction and training of new staff by confirming and demonstrating best practice, shadowing, and generally supporting them with calls and familiarisation with Corserv Care’s policy and procedures.

Base: The closest office available. Corserv Care have offices in Camborne, ST Austell, Bodmin and Torpoint. Home working is required and office working is required, depending on the requirements of the line manager.
