Are you a graduate wanting to pursue a career in education specifically Primaryschool teaching, and would now like to get the ball rolling?Working as a Teaching Assistant is not onlyrewarding,but is also a brilliant way to get you hands on experience in schools working with a variety of different students and teachers.Teaching Personnel is working alongside primary schools in the Chichester area and are seeking candidates to register as soon as are schools back for the Summer term. Although no teaching experience is necessary, prior experience working with children isdesirable.Why become a Teaching Assistant?Working as a graduate Teaching Assistant is excellent paid experience for those wanting to become teachers. Classroom experience is invaluable when becoming a teacher and working as a teaching assistant will not only allow you to gain an excess of knowledge but will also help you make connections with schools in your area which is essential when becoming a fully qualified teacher.We have a number of part time and full time roles available which start in after May half term and in September. If you are unable to commit to a particular role but still wish to gain classroom experience we can also offer you day to day supply work or tutoring to fit around your schedule.Roles

Working as a Teaching Assistant with Teaching Personnel you will be paid a minimum hourly rate of GBP10 (exact rate is discussed with each individual). You will be paid on a weekly basis directly into your bank account. We also don’t use umbrella companies so you don’t need to worry about any unnecessary deductions!Why Work with Us?
