The school are wanting to appoint an experienced Foundation Stage TA to help support within their separate Early Years provision. You will be responsible for helping set up the learning areas and taking observations of children. They are looking for a positive role model who strives to unlock the potential of every pupil from the early stages of heir development.The ideal candidate will: Have experience working in an EYFS setting. Be confident with the 6 areas of development. Have experience of teaching Phonics effectively (Read Write Inc. trained would be an advantage but is not essential). Be able to build positive and effective relationships with children and staff. Be an approachable and caring individual with integrity.Requirements for the vacancy: Recognised teaching assistant qualification. DBS on the update service or be willing to get one. EYFS experience.
