The role is high profile & demands the ability to perform under pressure & also build successful working relationships with a variety of contrasting stakeholders.  Requirements:The successful candidate must either:hold a valid certificate of competence from an organisation recognised by HSE as an Assessing Body for the certification of individual RPAs; or hold a National or Scottish Vocational Qualification (N/SVQ) level 4 in Radiation Protection Practice issued within the last five years. In addition the candidate must:Hold a relevant science or engineering degree.Demonstrable ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, and present complex arguments in a well-structured manner, suitable for a varied audience.Demonstrable communication skills with stakeholders both internally and externally.Ability to work in or lead a team in a multidisciplinary environment.Act with integrity and possess a conscientious approach.Self-motivated, with an ability and desire to work collaboratively with other teams and/or organisations to create new opportunities.Ability to think innovatively and solve complex problems What do you get?
