The Opportunity

I’m currently working with a newly PE-backed tech business.The company are in a healthy state and have an impressive growth trajectory.They have a proficient Financial Controller in place, however, as the businesshas never received institutional capital before, they’re looking for anexperienced private equity CFO to come in and professionalise the financefunction post-deal and allow it to scale for the future.

The Role

The first few months will be focused on internalimprovements, getting the reporting up to PE standard, and focusing on systemimprovements. After this, the attention will turn to M&A activity, lookingat acquisitions and integrating them to help drive further growth.

The requirements:

• Extensive experience of working in a PEenvironment
• Previous experience of professionalising afinance function, post PE investment
• Experience of working with an owner-managedbusiness and transitioning to PE
• Technology experience is an added bonus
• Strong technical skills, but also a strategicand high-level overview
