We currently have an exceptional opportunity for a Managing Director for FM delivery to a major UK Bank. This critical role attracts a responsibility to be a role model to our client’s business, you will be the person who understands, in depth, the market opportunity, strategy and business model of the organisation and who provides a unique perspective that looks across all departments. You will create, innovate, organise & control the efficient and effective running of the business whilst inspiring the team members within the business locations across the UK Banking client base.
Develop and maintain a strategy and vision for the business unit
Lead the business planning and review processes
Develop and monitor the KPIs understanding performance trends, developing and implementing strategies to improve them.
Provide motivation, leadership and direction within the Company working co-operatively across the business sectors and support functions within the Group aligning with the company and corporate objectives and organisational culture.
Maintain strong controls and process to ensure the business has a robust operational infrastructure and compliance with financial, statutory and corporate requirements
Full P&L responsibility.
Develop a high-performance team that supports the UK&I business
Ensure the ongoing development of all operations directors, senior finance roles, managers, operatives and teams within the business and to ensure succession plans are in place
Set and maintain the highest standards of H&S performance across all areas of responsibility
Experience in a similar, senior level FM leadership role, ideally within the banking, financial services, professional services sector(s)
Experience in a multi-site, operationally diverse and commercially focused environment
Strong people management with excellent working relationships built with both internal and external stakeholders.
Team driven and a collaborative mindset, with experience of managing a geographically
Effective in building strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, strong
communication skills and empathy
Financially astute, strategically proficient and commercially assertive
High level of change readiness, persistency and problem-solving approach.
Ability to manage ambiguity & change in fast paced, dynamic environmentWorking with customers day by day, side by side, we come to understand every aspect of the user experience.
