The role
We deliver creative, dynamic and person-centred services providing a range of individualised support to people living in shared supported living properties and individual tenancies.
You will be supporting a male within his own home in the Brampton area of Chesterfield. An understanding of autism and ASD characteristics would be beneficial and the ability to keep to a set routine and working pattern is imperative. Mornings would be spent assisting with cleaning, cooking, shopping and doing laundry. Afternoons would involve going for a work-out at the gym, bike riding, fishing, cinema or bowling. A shared interest in these hobbies is an important part of this role so the ability to join in whilst taking responsibility for this individuals mental wellbeing and safety is highly important.
Shift Patterns are – 10am 4pm Monday
9am 3pm Tuesday to Thurs
Included in the contract of hours you will also help to arrange and attend overnight stays at places of interest and holidays for 4 weeks of the year.
An enhanced DBS is required for this role.

Previous experience is desirable for this position althoughfull training will be provided.
