Location: Chesterfield Hours: 18.75 Salary: 8,775 Reference: 20/20 Person Specification/Job Description Description We have a new and exciting opportunity for a part time Life Skills Coach within our restructured Childrens services in Derbyshire. The aim of the services is deliver high quality accommodation and support to children in care, care leavers and young people. To be successful in the role as a Life Skills Coach you will have experience of working with young people, specifically care leavers, and experience of managing issues that they may present. You will have knowledge and experience of working with other relevant agencies and the ability to form positive relationships and engage with the young people to develop independent living skills and fulfil their potential. A full list of responsibilities can be found on the role profile and person specification, but you will also have sound written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to achieve positive outcomes; proven IT skills together with great organisational and time management abilities.
