The role
We deliver creative, dynamic and person-centred services providing a range of individualised support to people living in shared supported living properties and individual tenancies.
The role is primarily outreach services supporting people in the community with autism and various disabilities.The role willinclude personal care, budgeting, cooking, cleaning, attending appointments and community integration.
Due to the needs and occupational requirement of the person we support, we are only accepting CVs from applicants of the same culture, therefore we do require someone who is white and British.
Previous experience is desirable for this position althoughfull training will be provided.
An enhanced DBSis required for this role.
