The Enterprise Information Management (EIM) Sr Director will work across diverse businesses and functional areas to lead PMT’s journey to demonstrate data as an asset.
This role will define the enterprise data and analytics strategy to drive a common set of data governance principles, processes & tools to improve data integrity, quality, governance and availability. Managing information as an asset is critical to support operational excellence through integration of ERP systems, enabling CRM capabilities and quality of our product information. In addition, it is a significant growth enabler through our strategies of customer 360, end-to-end customer experience, and product and software connectivity using big data, data monetization, and digital transformation!


This position is responsible for leadership over data management & process transformation initiatives!
This role requires an experienced leader with a proven track record in master data management (MDM) to develop and mature PMT’s Enterprise Information Management capabilities. This role is responsible for developing the strategy and governance of enterprise data and information for PMT, including crafting the data organization and setting goals, standards and best practices to drive integrated data & process projects that create business value.
The EIM Leader also serves as liaison between the Corporate EIM and Data Governance organization, the IT data management team and users of enterprise data. The goal is to ensure proper governance and standards are applied to promote data quality, reduce administrative burden and maintain interoperability across our systems.

Primary responsibilities
Responsible for overall MDM strategy development and deployment, and management of the availability, usability, integrity, and security of the data employed throughout the organization
Responsible for identifying, prioritizing and executing coordinated process+data+automation initiatives to improve efficiency, drive value and enhance customer experience
Develop/improve and be responsible for Data Governance, Quality, and Lifecycle Management capabilities for customer, product, material and vendor master data, and lead all aspects of the activities and progress of teams in defining and commissioning the implementation of the MDM strategy
Provide guidance on what enterprise data is required to support business initiatives and the business value created from the data in these projects
Develops and cultivates understanding, ownership and support among business for key EIM initiatives
Serves as the point of resolution and approvals between project teams/business stakeholders and data governance standards and requirements
Responsible for supervising and evaluating progress in implementing the data strategy using metrics and key performance indicators
Provide regular updates to Business Leadership on progress, business impact in economic terms, and potential issues, and presents business cases for review and approval by Leadership
Responsible for the communication and change management plan for EIM within PMT and aligned to Corporate EIM, Commercial Excellence, Customer Experience, Business Excellence, Strategic Marketing and other key organizations within Honeywell
Displays a balanced, multi-functional perspective, collaborating closely with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity

You must have:
Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years MDM leadership experience
4+ years demonstrated ability working in a process improvement/process re-engineering role.
8+ years’ experience in business management, ISC, IT, Operations or a related field
5+ years’ experience in defining and implementing data quality and data governance standards, practices, org structures, support models, and achieving business objectives and results in a multi-ERP (preferably SAP) and CRM environment
Being a part of a can do, roll up your sleeves attitude with a hands on consultative approach

Strong track record of leading change in a complex, matrix organization
Involvement with data and information/content strategies involving collaborative solutions, predictive analytics and BI reporting, machine learning, knowledge systems, big data and the use of diverse sources of data/content
LEAN or/and Six Sigma expertise
Ability to take direction from multiple stakeholders
Expertise in communicating with all levels across the organization
