A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Director of Property & Asset Management to join our
NHS Fife team.

NHS Fife is one of 14 territorial NHS Boards in Scotland, serving the stunning and diverse
Kingdom on Fife on Scotland’s East coast. We provide healthcare to a population of more than
355,000 and we currently employ around 8,500 whole time equivalent staff.

Our Health Board is one of the most dynamic and responsive in Scotland delivering clinically
excellent and person-centred care.

NHS Fife’s property portfolio includes two main hospitals in Fife; the Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy
and the Queen Margaret Hospital in Dunfermline.

The Victoria Hospital is where specialist and acute services are based and our Queen Margaret
Hospital is home to a number of community and therapy services, alongside a Minor Injuries Unit
and a state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment centre. In addition, Fife is home to a further eight
community hospitals spread across the region.
