REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Experienced managing cross-functional teams
Experienced leading client relationships
Experienced managing all financial aspects of a digital project
Experienced at proposal writing and pitching
Practised at conducting business/user motivation research, user surveys and profiling
Expert at developing project requirements documents, user profiles and community maps
Expert at creating functional specs (IA, wireframes, use cases, user journeys, site I/O, site map)
Practised at managing creation of technical specs (security, SEO, accessibility, tracking and reporting)
In-depth knowledge of integrated marketing and digital disciplines (including audience identification and analysis, targeting, experience design, digital production, digital project management and online analytics)
5 + year experience in digital healthcare communications delivering to patient, HCP and internal client audiences
Solid understanding of the ABPI
Constant innovator practised at working with the latest and most relevant approaches/technologies and fitting those to client need

COMMERCIAL AND OPERATIONAL
Ensure the smooth running of all digital projects along with the Creative Director and Client Services Director
Planning the use of the Digital Team during busy and quiet periods
Ability to manage regular reconciliation of all digital projects and ensure that all projects are profitable
Ensure the team are working towards and achieving personal and business targets
Ensure internal processes are adhered to by the team including the completion of timesheets, spend reports etc.
Lead digital skills development and training to maximise efficiency and excellence
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
TEAM
Manage digital production team manage the relationship within the production team
Point of contact between the digital production team and the account management team
Consistently demonstrate a high level of advanced digital and client management knowledge
Understand and convey current technical principles for digital marketing and education
Keep up to date with marketplace and technical developments and integrate recent search developments into client campaigns
Codify and publish formal frameworks and methodologies for approaching digital projects within the agency
Lead UX vision for the agency working closely with Digital Designer, Account Management and Tech to develop best in class digital experiences
