Data Analyst – CRM and Subscriptions
We are looking for an experiencedData Analyst, with excellentcommunication skills, to be responsible for using a range of analytical and statistical techniques, to interrogate data held within our clients marketing database to deliverdata insight and analysis.
As the Data Analyst you will have a sound understanding ofrelational databases and CRM Systems.
You will have an analytical/ statistical and Mathematical background.
Be able to clearlycommunicate insightsto non-analytical stakeholders.
The role requires advancedExcelskills and ideally experience withFastStatsor similar platform.
Experience with statistical tools such asSAS or SPSSwill be an advantage.
The Data Analyst will select and deploy appropriate analytical and statistical techniques to help with a range of tasks including:
Modelling – next best action/product/title
Propensity modelling and churn analysis
"what if" analysis
Trend and cluster analysis to identify patterns in customer behaviour
Lifetime value calculations and projections.
You will deliver insight to support data strategy, interpret, collate and communicate key insights to marketing and CRM teams and use appropriate visualisation tools to present data and insight in meaningful ways.
