You’ll be expected to deliver a TPM system for multiple new projects due to the company’s current expansion on site giving you real scope to add value in this role. In order to do this you’re likely to understand OEM and will be used to working with maintenance, process and CI teams.
Aside from your specific unit, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the overall company processes, to help reduce process variability, and help key overall business projects and ensure compliance and regulations are being kept company wide. Part of the position will also involve working with both internal and external vendors, H&S, suppliers and legal and regulatory bodies and ensure your units processes are kept in a validated state.
Your position sits underneath the Operations team and alongside fellow members of the CI team, you’ll often liaise with R&D and Process Engineering to ensure planning for new products and lines are being constantly carried out. Last year 22 new products were produced in the year, and this year that figure is set to rise substantially.
