Managing a diverse range of transactions, the nature of the role requires not less than 2 years PQE in real estate transactions. Experience of agricultural lands transactions is desirable, but we would be happy to consider applications of pure commercial property specialists, who are interested in developing their skills in this area.
Typical instructions undertaken by the team include:
Acquisitions and Disposal
Landlord and Tenant (commercial occupancy)
Land registration and title
Rights of way, easements and wayleave agreements
Water supplies and drainage
Planning controls and Building Regulations
Telecommunications masts and windfarms
