37.5 hours per week to include some Saturdays.

The successful candidate will be happy working in a fast paced telephone based role.

As an Adviser you will:

  • Efficiently handle a diverse set of calls from our customers using your knowledge to provide an outstanding level of service
  • Book appointments for our branches, take and relay messages to our staff and resolve customer queries quickly
  • Work on outbound calling campaigns to boost business across the group
