Associate Medical Director

build an international team?

Then we are looking for you!

My client, an international medical device and pharmaceutical company with an aggressive growth
plan for the next few years on a European level, is looking for a new addition to their medical affairs
department.
The person will step in as the responsible for the German, UK and BeNeLux markets.

Having a wide range of skin care product and several more in their pipeline, my client is hoping to
dominate the market in their niche over the next years, through innovative technology and heavy
investment into research and development.

Stepping into the role of Associate Director, you will be responsible for:

• Developing an integrated medical affairs plan and budget
• Building a KOL network for the product portfolio
• Developing medical and patient education plans
• Drive the medical communication activities and assure the alignment between the sales,
  marketing and regulatory teams

Your profile and qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Medical affairs
• Experience with dermatology/wound management/anti-infectives
• Good leadership skills and desire to transition into management
• MD or PhD preferred
• Fluent German and English

We are looking for an ambitious, proactive and communicative person that has either had their first
leadership position and is looking to move into a more senior function where they will have the
ability to build up a team in the next 3-5 years, or someone who is looking to gain this experience
and is willing to learn on the spot!

Location: Home based in Germany or Netherlands

Salary: 115 – 125 000 euro base salary + bonus

Start date: as soon as possible
