The Analyst will support capital markets endeavors for the EMEA region, in collaboration with the global team, at the direction of the Managing Director, Project Management & Sales Enablement. The Analyst will also have dotted line reporting responsibilities to the Senior Managing Director – Capital Markets, EMEA Region and to the Associate – Sales Enablement, EMEA Region. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  Support the creation of client presentation books and fund factsheets, responsible for all content contained therein; manage the review process with relevant stakeholders, including fund and portfolio management teams, corporate analytics, Compliance, and coordinate closely with Corporate Communications on the style and branding of materialsCollaborate closely with the Associate – Sales Enablement, EMEA, capital raisers and due diligence team to support the due diligence process for prospective investors, including: coordination and update on required data room materials, organization of due diligence meetings ensuring representation from the appropriate individuals across the organization, preparation of meeting materials, and addressing any ad hoc investor requestsAssist with maintaining the CRM data base, analyzing CRM data and help create bespoke reports to track prospects and investment opportunitiesProvide support for core proprietary events essential to Hines’ external presence with institutional investors; collaborate with members of the Corporate Communications team to execute critical activitiesEnsure Hines’ presence at relevant external investor-focused industry conferences and presentations and collaborate with Corporate Communications to ensure Hines is visible at these eventsDemonstrate superior project management skills, liaising with individuals across the organization and adhering to deadlines, frequently managing multiple projects at one time, all in support of capital markets endeavorsCommunicate across time zones and maintain a flexible schedule that allows for some after-hours conference callsAssist with the expansion of the firm’s European institutional investor base through researching new investors and monitor the competitive fund environmentMinimum Requirements include: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institutionTwo or more years of prior sales enablement or capital markets work experienceReal estate or financial services experience required, preferably within the institutional investing industryExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to convey complex financial reporting information in a clear way in our marketing materialsProactive, can-do, problem solver attitudeAbility to manage multiple priorities concurrentlyEvidence of high attention to detailStrong proficiency with basic MS suite of tools including PowerPoint, Excel, and WordWillingness to quickly learn new software technologies, including CRM systems and content management software; Salesforce and Seismic experiences is a plus Hines is a privately owned global real estate investment firm founded in 1957 with a presence in 240 cities in 27 countries.
