Reporting into the Head of Sales, the Account Director will be responsible for the ownership of a specific top tier client/clients.
With a key focus on sales, strategy the emphasis in the initial months will be focused on building relationships at a senior level within their key accounts and working with the HoS to understand opportunities and drive growth. This will include the ground up design and implementation of protocols, working practices, measurement and reporting, in order to create “best practice”. Whilst increasing salesforce effectiveness and being a pivotal part of a high-performance culture.
The role will be field based looking after customers in the South of England.
