About The Role
Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Day-to-day administration of the Academy Department, including handling general Academy and HSQE queries, ensuring they are responded to with timely and accurate information
  • Administration of the PIR process (positive intervention report), ensuring that PIR’s are actioned swiftly, records are kept up to date and follow up actions completed by the relevant department
  • Management and administration of the training matrices, ensuring that all required training is booked with as less disruption to the business as possible. Identifying any employee training requirements as old certificates expire
  • Ensuring all site damage reports are actioned, accurately logging the details and distributing the costs to the sales team
  • Distributing, and sometimes creating, employee engagement content on the company app
  • Assisting the Academy Manager with the content creation to complete various ad hoc projects (including presentations, graphs, documents and e-learning)
  • Compiling monthly reports and graphs
  • Arranging monthly HSQE meetings and taking minutes
  • Coordinate all Academy room bookings

About The Candidate
Essential:

  • Computer literate, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office (mainly Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Coordinating tasks/projects through to completion
  • Excellent communication Skills

Desirable:

  • Previous experience using bespoke systems and applications with transferable skills to learn new platforms
  • Industry knowledge
