My client is looking to secure the services of several experienced Operational HR Managers for a 6 month FTC to lead the TUPE transfers, restructures and potential redundancies, integration and engagement of workers transitioning across from several contracts into their employment. The contracts are national so applicants must have clean UK driving licenses and the ability to travel frequently.

About The Role
Due to our client securing a number of new national contracts, they require the services of a number of HR professionals to assist with the front end HR aspects of the workforce mobilisation and transition. The successful candidates must be comfortable managing complex TUPE processes, leading restructures and have a high attention to detail to ensure legal compliance throughout whilst ensuring that the client's values are promoted at every step to ensure the employees integration experience is as seamless as it is positive and their onward engagement is supported fully.

The successful candidates will have:

* CIPD L3 or ideally 5 qualified

* Confident technical HR professional

* Strong experience of managing TUPE processes including draft of measures & contract analysis

* Experience leading restructures & redundancy processes

* High level of knowledge around Employment Law & Compliance with a high attention to detail

* Strong ability to drive employee engagement

* Experience working in a unionised environment

* Workforce mobilisation experience
