Third Party Claims Team Leader Quality Control

Barker Munro Recruitment Ltd is pleased to be working with this well-known insurance organisation, looking for a Claims Team Leader to lead their team in Essex focusing on Quality Control.
As the Third Party Claims Team Leader for Quality Control you will be leading and developing a team of Third Party QA Auditors. Managing their performance to ensure productivity, quality and department goals.
Working in partnership with other Operational & Technical Team Leaders in communicating and making agreed changes happen across the motor claims unit.
The successful candidate will have:
Minimum of 5 years Motor Claims Handling experience
Minimum of 3 years Auditing experience within Third Party, Credit Hire and Personal Injury
Previous leadership experience in a Third Party claims environment
Excellent communication & organisational skills
Excellent leadership skills
Ability to mentor & train
Strong understanding of The RTA 1988 & Article 75
