Our Client, a highly progressive market leader in their chosen field based in Chertsey, is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Officer to join their busy team on a temporary basis. This temporary role has materialised due to company growth and will allow an opportunity for someone to build on their existing experience within a Payroll environment.
The company use the ADP Freedom package and would like to engage a candidate who has used this in the past in order for them to be able to make a seamless transition into the role. The successful candidate is a confident user of Excel and is accustomed to customer facing work.
Duties of the role include:
Manage the payroll service for European HQ, UK affiliate and Expats via the outsourced Payroll provider.
Acting as a first point of contact for all internal payroll queries and liaising with HMRC and auditors.
Ensuring monthly payroll runs smoothly in conjunction with HR Administrators.
Developing and improving existing payroll processes.
Running and checking export files on SAP HR interface.
