Technology Enabled Care Coordinator

Be part of an exciting opportunity for change. Our client is looking for a Technology Enabled Care Coordinator with excellent communication and organisation skills to provide technology enabled care solutions for Adult Social Care as part of brand new and ground-breaking service.
They are a provider of affordable housing based in Kidderminster and have a much broader portfolio of activities than just a landlord. They support a diverse range of clients and customers with Housing, Care and 24/7 Assistive technology services as well as undertaking employment programmes and community sustainability projects, housebuilding, refurbishment and repairs, grounds maintenance and a doors and windows manufacturing business.
Reporting to the Sales & Business Support Team Manager, you will work with the team to introduce new assistive technology solutions and work directly with Adult Social Care staff to ensure that the technology is properly implemented and utilised. You will assist at all stages of the end to end process from carrying out needs-based assessments to providing technical advice and support to users.
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate excellent IT skills and the ability to communicate well with a range of audiences to effectively promote the service. Educated to GCSE/NVQ level or an equivalent level of knowledge through experience, you will ideally have experience in using a range of assistive technology, telecare and other digital care solutions. In addition to this, it would be an advantage if you had knowledge of care assessment packages and plans however this is not essential for the right candidate. A full driving licence and vehicle insured for business use is essential.
