The Technical Account Manager will be responsible for managing all technical aspects of the relationships with our clients. You will be working closely with our Account Directors and Internal Account Managers to win new business as well as looking at upselling within our Platinum clients. You will be providing top quality technical service in pre-sales, after sales and ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and strengthen our client relationships. The role requires a highly motivated, focused and ambitious individual in this fast paced environment to ensure our clients receive exemplary service at all times. The role is based at our head office in High Wycombe but you will be expected to travel to client sites. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced industry professional with strong core technical skills to join and add value to a dedicated and friendly team.

Responsibilities
When not in the Bunker playing pool or X box, The Technical IT Account Manager will be responsible for:
*Responsible for all technical client communication
*Working alongside the account director in building technical solutions for key clients
*To attend meetings with existing and potential clients to determine technical and business requirements, ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution
*Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes
*Create and confidentially deliver technical presentations internally and externally
*Ability to understand business drivers and risks involved to the client
*To structure and produce compelling proposals and technical documentation outline potential cost savings and business benefits to clients
*Interface with the service/projects team, articulating client requirements to ensure a smooth transition
*Ability to demonstrate services effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge
*Preparation of tenders and contractual agreements in accordance with set procedures
The Candidate
The ideal Technical IT Account Manager have
* High energy with the ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Knowledge of the latest Microsoft SaaS products, such as Azure, MS Office 365
* Vendor specific knowledge such as Cisco, HP, Watchguard etc
* Strong technical experience
* Working knowledge of current technologies, together with demonstrable interest in keeping abreast with technical developments in the marketplace
* Excellent client facing skills
*The ability to create a technical solution based on client requirements
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills?
*A clean and valid driving licence?
Hours of Work
40hrs a week
The Package
Paying 40-60k depending on experience
Company credit card for travel to customer sites
20days holiday plus bank holidays
1 day for each year of service
1 day for your birthday
1 day for your work anniversary
