Team Assistant
Our client is a reputable logistics and transport company within the energy sector. Since early 90s they have been in the forefront of their game, and currently have a few live vacancies, especially within the business support side. Our client is looking for Team Assistants who are driven, with great attention to detail, and with a muck-in attitude. The Business Support team is very united and everyone is really a team player! They successful candidates will be reporting in to an inspirational leader who is absolutely lovely, has years of experience in administration and support and is excited to impart her knowledge. They will be assisting various teams within the office which will allow them to explore different areas of the business.
Duties will include:
Scheduling internal and external meetings
Organising travel and accommodation
Document preparation: Producing, formatting and typing documents
Meeting and greeting guests, making refreshments etc.
Ordering office supplies
General upkeep of office
Answering phones/ responding to enquiries
The ideal candidate:
Someone with minimum of 6 months to 2 years experience
Down to earth and friendly
Muck in attitude
Stickler for detail & process
Happy in a quieter office environment
Confident prioritising different tasks
Knowledge of SharePoint would be advantageous (but not essential).
