An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with one of our clients in Greater Manchester. They are looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to join their award-winning team.

They are looking for someone who can provide administration and support to the Support Services Team and to meet the requirements of the business. The role requires a strong ability to prioritise workload from members of the senior management team and be able to demonstrate time and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

* Arrange meeting requests for the appropriate senior manager

* Maintain administration/support procedures when completing requests for the senior management team

* Process expense submissions for credit card and personal claims

* Raise purchase requests, receipt invoices, collate quotes for costing and resourcing

* Co-ordinate and distribute post accordingly for senior managers

* Manage and update stationary requirements when assigned budgets

* Maintain and manage online filing systems with appropriate information and details

* Undertake assigned administration/support tasks as allocated by the senior management team

* Support other teams when required to cover with absences

* Work closely with other areas of the business and support team to ensure that the team meets the needs of the business

Experience/Skills required:

* Must be able to demonstrate previous experience within a similar role

* Good knowledge of using Microsoft Office, Excel, Work and PowerPoint

* Knowledge of SAP would be beneficial but training will be provided

* Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
