Our client is one of the leading international business providers to recruitment firms around the world. Due to maternity leave, an opportunity has arisen for a confident and analytical candidate to be on the front lines of customer interaction when it comes to the strategic renewal process. The ideal candidate will have previous customer facing experience and be confident in dealing with various teams across the company. This contract would be six to nine months.
Gathering the required information on customers set to renew contract.
Provide timely execution of renewal contract to ensure correct billing process.
Managing client expectations regarding estimated response times for issue resolution.
Strategizing with management on best next steps to increase contract values on target accounts.
Provide strategic initiatives to decrease the contract risk values.
Organise, analyse, and submit opportunities for renewal of the field market accounts.
Define ways to increase the overall value of the contract with regards to price and user commitment.
Strategically working with the Sales team to decrease the contract risks.
Excellent analytical and customer service skills.
Ability to learn and articulate software-related and technical concepts.
Able to influence companies to help them succeed and grow.
Energetic and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
