Software Support – City CentreSoftware Support Engineer required to join a Digital Agency in the centre of Manchester. Your new company have an enviable client list of high street retailers and have successfully grown their business to become the best at what they do.You will be at the front line of technical support for each customer for any software issues or glitches that come up. To keep them all happy, the main aim is to have a high first-time fix ratio and to avoid any major disruption to the customers business. You will also work closely with the talented software development & testing teams to support more complicated issues that come up from time to time.This role will suit someone who is currently working in one of the following: 1st Line Support, software support, digital agency customer service/support or working in an e-commerce environment.As you’ll be the first point of contact for all customer queries you will obviously have to have great verbal and written communication skills.
